Quenching tanks

Quenching tanks are manufactured of rectangular or cylindrical form and are designed for heat treatment operation ( products quenching) after heating in a furnace. Quench medium may be water or oil. In terms of design the quenching tank consists of a tank, basket, basket lifting mechanism and heaters. Products for heat treatment fall from the basket by means of the transfer tray to a basket of the quenching tank. In some cases the transportation of goods from the tank may be with a help of a conveyor from which the items are reloaded into the washing machine using the elevating re-loader.

• Avoiding of steam jacket;
• Cooling of quenching medium;
• System of temperature adjustment in the tank (control cabinet).
