This type of furnace is represented by the general nomenclature, with a variety of dimensional and capacity characteristics. By way of transporting our products are available: furnaces with guide or skid rails.

Such furnaces are applied for annealing, normalization, hardening with subsequent drawing. The treated products: from metal ware to large castings (e.g., rail car castings). Furnaces of this type are selected and offered exclusively on the basis of the technical requirements of the customer.

Minimizing of operating costs is achieved through:

• the use of effective ceramic fiber insulation with a low density, providing high efficiency and rapid furnace heating due to reducing of the heat total amount accumulated by the lining;
• use of pulse power control combustion;
• preheating of combustion air;
• automation of all technology heating processes, without being affected by the "human factor" on the results of the heat treatment.
