Industrial continuous drum furnaces

Continuous drum furnaces, as well as the entire systems are designed for chemical heat treatment, quenching, tempering of various anchoring and wire products. All drum furnaces have removable arch. Controlled atmosphere furnaces have sealed the loading and unloading devices. Hardening furnaces have a funnel that is included in the quench tank. In the annealing furnaces the product cooling takes place in separate drums outside furnace casing, connected tightly with muffle. Drum furnace can be used in production lines for complete products machining. The furnaces can be equipped with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition. Furnaces can be gas- or electrically heated.
