CHAMBER HEATING FURNACE with stationary hearth gas heated series Rc.
Industrial heating gas furnace with stationary hearth ("forging furnace") type [ ThermoGas ] ТермоГаз ®-НО, are designed for intermediate steel products and steel blanks heating for forging and press forming.
Furnaces are simple in design, universal in application. Heated products may vary in shape and weight, besides the special modification allows working with half-open damper, heating only the ends of long workpieces.
Furnaces are equipped with high-efficiency recuperative burners Recumat® produced by WS Wärmerprocesstechnik Company. The burners provide the combustion air preheating and are equipped with all the necessary valve train, sensors, automatic control and fan control. The burners control is pulse firing. Most of the flue gas are evacuated through the burner due to the eductor function, a small portion of the flue gases is removed through an additional opening in the furnace isolation that allows maintaining a slight excessive pressure in the furnace.
Special burner modification allows us to provide the flameless fuel oxidation in FLOX operation - which reduces significantly the formation of nitrogen oxides in flue gases (modification Rcf). Furnaces with Rch modification have the greatest efficiency due to the use of the burners with the best characteristics of combustion air heating.
Furnaces have highly efficient fiber insulation allowing reduce significantly furnace heat saturating time from the cold state, to provide a significant reduction in gas consumption.
By design features the forging furnaces are divided into single-chamber furnaces (modification "-HO-") or two-chamber with two separate dampers (modification "-2NO-").
Operating furnace temperature is 1300°С.
